Domaine des Chazes

The Domaine des Chazes is a hamlet made up of 3 independent gîtes and two above-ground swimming pools, they are close while being independent, which allows simultaneous or separate rental of the gîtes.
The hamlet is located on one hectare of land where horses, goats, pigs, rabbits and pigeons live.
Shared access activities on an area of ​​approximately 7000 m2 where our farm animals live (dwarf goats, pigs, horses, rabbits, etc.) Boules pitch with boules games for adults and children available, ping pong table with 4 rackets and balls available, volleyball net with volleyball, 4 badminton rackets, football cage and ball. Loans of mountain bikes for adults and children, a children's go-kart. Outdoor games for the whole family: throwing games, giant Jenga and Connect 4, tug of war, La Tour Fröbel, burlap shopping bags…
The Matisou gite and the Barruzes gite are equipped with private above-ground swimming pools. All of the gîtes benefit from hotspot wifi internet access.
The Matisou gîte is an old stone barn with a capacity of 9 to 11 people. Fully equipped and air-conditioned, you will benefit from all the modern comforts of its 4 bedrooms, its spacious main room, its two shower rooms and toilets.
You will enjoy its large fully furnished wooden terrace facing south and overlooking your private land with swimming pool, trampoline and swing.
The Gîte des Barruzes is the main dwelling of this old farmhouse. Located on the first level, it overlooks the large adjoining meadow. It can accommodate 8 to 10 people in its 3 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom with wc. Outside, a fully equipped terrace, and to take full advantage of the summer, a private above-ground swimming pool near a rock garden with a view of the large meadow and the vineyards.
The Dilanou gite is a beautiful loft apartment in a modern style with a private garage and terrace with a capacity of 2 to 4 people. It consists of an air-conditioned main room with lounge area and convertible sofa, fully equipped kitchen area, shower room, separate toilet and large king size bedroom on the mezzanine.

The cleanliness of the premises has always been essential in our rental proposal by meticulous cleaning and in particular by the disinfection of all contact surfaces, we scrupulously follow the recommendations of the ARS to guarantee your safety, the final cleaning is therefore included in our offer. Household linen (dishtowels, tablecloths, hand towels, bath mats, etc.) and optionally bed linen are available in all the gîtes.

Saint Germain is ideally located, you can discover the Ardèche in its places, events and essential sports and leisure activities.
The Estate is located in a quiet residential area of ​​the countryside, hiking trails are nearby, as are the greenways where young and old can indulge in cycling, rollerblading, scooters, running. 23 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc where you can discover or rediscover the Gorges de l'Ardèche and its Pont d'Arc.
The cottages are close to villages classified as Vogüé which is 3 km away: it is the first starting point for the descent of the Gorges de l'Ardèche by canoe, you can swim on its beach, visit its castle, or relax in a spa and wellness area (outside the summer period).
