20 minutes from the A7 exit, in an exceptional natural setting of 8 hectares, the air-conditioned gîte offers you a haven of peace for 4 people with its private garden and swimming pool. Located on a large plot of land with a lovely view of the Coiron massif.

The single-storey gîte has a 500 m2 garden with a double east-south exposure, a swimming pool and a children's swing.
It consists of a main room with a large open and fitted kitchen, a bedroom on the ground floor with two 90x190cm single beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet and a 160 cm sofa bed in the living room.
The whole thing is air-conditioned.
On site, a bowling green and a ping-pong table are available.

Weekend (furnished property): 250 to 300 €
Mid-week: 280 to 500 €
Week: 490 to 1,120 €.

Minimum 2 nights,
High season (July, August and December) weekly rental: 7 nights minimum.
Pets accepted on prior request.
