L'Ardoise offers in addition to its pizza menu, its dish of the day and its home-made dessert of the day made with fresh local products. A menu of regional specialities and desserts are also on the menu. Salads from the Ardéchois and Drômois regions, several varieties of Gratinées de Ravioles as well as specialities based on Ardéchois charcuterie...All of which can be accompanied by local Ardéchois and Côtes du Rhône wines.
