Nestling in the heart of an unspoilt natural setting, this house offers spacious comfort, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Our 180 m2 gîte can accommodate from 4 to 10 people and is available to rent for a minimum stay of 2 nights. Perched on a rocky hillside on the banks of the majestic River Ardèche, with a breathtaking view of the Château de Ventadour, it offers a privileged setting in which to recharge your batteries and relax. You'll love the space and comfort offered by our river stone house, with its vast 1,200 m2 garden and garage. Facing due south, it boasts spacious accommodation and quality fittings to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The bedrooms are spread over two levels, each with its own private space: Bedroom 1 (ground floor): double bed, shower room and private 10 m2 terrace. Bedroom 2 (upstairs): double bed, bath. Bedroom 3 (upstairs): double bed, shower. Bedroom 4 (upstairs): two single beds, shower. A mezzanine is also available, equipped with a sofa bed for two people and a child's bed on request. You can relax in the lounge, share convivial meals in the dining room or enjoy the 50 m2 terrace with panoramic views.
