Stone house, adjoining another dwelling (2pers) and an outbuilding. The terrace is not overlooked. Entrance via parking lot (2 steps), hall, living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area, pellet stove.

From this room, access to the courtyard with terrace. One bedroom with a double bed (1×160) and a sofa-bed (1×90) suitable for a child. The bedroom has its own private bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine. From this room, access to a small terrace and enclosed garden, shared with the tenants of the other apartment. Upstairs: one bedroom with two single beds (2×90) and a third bedroom with a double bed (1×160), a shower room/WC with Italian shower, washbasin and bidet. Parking on the property. From the tree-lined inner courtyard, you can enjoy a masonry barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers. Enjoy a relaxing or activity-filled stay in the heart of the Drôme des Collines region, between the Rhône Valley and the Galaure River. Halfway between Tain l'Hermitage and Hauterives (15min) and 1h from Lyon and Grenoble. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are numerous hiking trails all around the gîte. The ViaRhôna and the Drôme des collines mountain bike trail are nearby. The Champos and Les Vernets lakes are 15 minutes away (water activities: slides, pedal boats, paddling pool, water jets, beach). Gourmets can sample many local culinary specialties: pogne de Romans, suisse, ravioles, chocolate, truffles and AOC grands crus. History and heritage enthusiasts will be delighted by Factor Cheval's ideal palace, Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye, the International Bach Festival and the collegiate church of Saint-Donat, the priories of Charrière and Manthes, and craftsmen and designers in ceramics, porcelain and leather.
