This cosy, tastefully decorated flat is located on the ground floor of Maison Rosine. With no facing neighbours, it comprises two levels with a fully enclosed courtyard, a pergola with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue for summer meals with family or friends.
On the ground floor, a large, light-filled living room opens onto the terrace and comprises a kitchen opening onto a pleasant lounge. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities. There is also a master suite with its own bathroom.
