We develop and market a range of protein-rich, gluten-free, 100% vegetable (based on Ardèche chickpeas and vegetables), tasty and easy-to-cook gourmet specialities.
Our company was created in 2017, with the desire to make plant-based and gourmet alternatives accessible to as many people as possible. We work with conscience and application in our kitchen in Saint-Michel-de-Chabrillanoux.
All our ingredients are organically grown and carefully selected for their quality and origin. The chickpeas are grown in the Ardèche, and the vegetables are grown by market gardeners in the neighbouring communes.
Products certified "Organic farming", "Nature et Progrès" and "Goûtez l'Ardèche".
Our range is made up of varied, tasty recipes of high nutritional quality:

- vegetables throughout the range
- no additives, no preservatives, no gluten
For everyday cooking: pan-fry for 3 minutes on each side or 10 minutes in a preheated oven.
For more elaborate menus: fritters, burgers, gratins and creative meals.
