Naves

This perched village, nestling in the hills of olive trees, has kept its Middle Ages character.

Its narrow streets and vaulted passageways lead the visitor on to explore the village’s rich, well-preserved heritage, its terraced gardens and narrow steep stairs.

The site is in an ideal defensive position, as witness the castle and the remains of the rampart walls.

The existing church, rebuilt in the 17th C on the ruins of an earlier Romanesque church, is well worth visiting.
