- "Sonnier" guest room (2nd floor, park side): 18 m² bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), private shower room (washbasin and Italian shower), private toilet separate from the shower room.
- "Suite Dubois" guest room (1st floor, park side): 32 m² suite-bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), private bathroom (washbasin, bathtub and Italian shower), private toilet in the bathroom, terrace private.
- "Le Cros" family guest room (2nd floor, village side): 37 m² bedroom composed of 2 adjoining bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm), private shower room (waskbasin and Italian shower), private WC separate from the bathroom.

On site, within the Villa des Charmilles, the following are also available for rent:
