You will be received with friends by Véronique and Félix who have prepared this wellness stay for you.
Day 1: welcome to the Estate from 4 p.m.
Discovery of your environment, relaxation access to the Wellness room (according to schedule) Aperitif and dinner at the table d'hôtes.
Day 2: in the morning after breakfast with multiple jams, a qualified naturopathic animator will introduce you to Chinese energetics, yoga and relaxation.
At noon: lunch according to the colors of the time.
In the afternoon: relaxation and individual massage (1h / person).
Walks on the surrounding trails
In the evening: dinner at the table d'hôte.
Day 3: lazy awakening, breakfast before leaving at the end of the morning.
