It's in the authentic village of St-Marcel-d'Ardèche, ideally situated beetween lovely Provence landscapes, Ardèche natural park and the seaside.
The house is perfetc for two families or a bunch of couples. If several parties live here, it offers much privacy and practical values because there are two completely separated apartments, each of them with their own kitchen, bath room, and entrance. Smaller groups like on family or two couples could just rent de ground floor or the 2nd floor apartments alone. Wifi, bedclothes, towels and firewood for the fireplace are included in the price.

St Marcel d'Ardèche is a lovely and relaxing small village which offers a choice of restaurants, bars, two nice traditional bakeries and a butchery This house is situated at a quiet street on the village's outskirts with the center in 15 minutes walking distance. A big supermarket is also close by. There is a market in one of the small towns and villages in the surroundings everyday.

The Ardèche is just 5 km away. With its beautiful views (in the Gorges de l'Ardèche) and beaches it offers very good opportunities for swimmming, sunbathing, rafting or just having a nice walk.

You can also visit several caves in the surroundings like the Grotte de Saint-Marcel.
