festival is sure to please. Every year, the Maison de l'Image offers a unique itinerary around contemporary cinema. After following the mythical South American route - La Panamericana - and stopping off in Quebec, China, the United States and Japan, we invite you to join us on March 1, 2 and 3, 2024 to continue our journey together. So book your weekend, fasten your seatbelts and embark on a cinematic voyage of discovery!

Free events :
Saturday, March 2
4pm - Workshops to create Brazilian bracelets and cactus pots.
6:45pm - Festive evening featuring Brazilian and Cuban music! For the occasion, Cuban and Brazilian performers Gisela Meneses and Otavio Menezes will enliven our festival with forro, salsa and a mix of Afro-Brazilian music.
7.45pm - Argentinean meal (8 euros, by reservation on 04 75 89 04 54)

All weekend long:
- A virtual reality film to discover throughout the festival, between sessions ,FREE. DRAW FOR CHANGE : documentary by Mariana Cadenas Sangronis, ages 13 and up, 15min. Enter the vibrant world of Maremoto, a young Mexican cartoonist who, through her drawings, supports the cause of women and tackles taboos.
- The Librairie du Tiers-Temps will have a stand with themed books.
- Food and drink: a convivial bistro in the Salle des Fêtes, open before and after each session, with South American drinks and cakes. Argentinian meal on Saturday evening (8 euros, reservations recommended on 04 75 89 04 54). Food Truck, offering burgers and home fries. Fabrice will prepare a "Latino" burger for you to enjoy on Saturday and Sunday.
