Aqua Terra Silva

We are gradually recultivating the former agricultural terraces which surround our building located in Gravières, in the Chassezac valley.
We cultivate these areas in a harmony with the characteristics of the place, using local renewable resources and promoting diversity.
Mints, lemon balm, monarda, aniseed agastache, blackcurrant, thyme, rosemary, savory, lavender, sage, hyssop, oregano, marjoram… so many flavours to awaken your senses!
We also take advantage of the generosity of the surrounding nature to gather other aromatic and medicinal plants in a way that respects ecosystems.
You will find our products directly on site as well as at the little Chambonas market every Thursday evening from April to October.
