A sensory and participatory workshop, where everyone tests their knowledge while learning in a fun way. Guided by our enthusiastic animators, participants explore the origins of cocoa, the life of plantations and the secrets of chocolate making, in a convivial atmosphere.

An immersive journey to the heart of cocoa:Through various challenges inspired by the Bean to Bar universe, you’ll discover :

– Cocoa plantations and the origin of the beans
– Processing stages, from pod to bar
– Cocoa varieties and their aromatic profiles
– The secrets of Valrhona chocolate production
