Attention chocolate lovers! You'll learn how to make a chocolate mi-cuit, with a runny center and irresistible texture, accompanied by a light, fragrant vanilla chantilly. Workshop duration 30 minutes
Guided step-by-step, they discover the essential gestures for perfect mi-cuit baking, as well as the basics for assembling a creamy chantilly. A workshop that's accessible, fun and ultra-tasty, ideal for indulging in a classic chocolate pastry.
