Atelier d'été tablettes gourmandes – Cité du chocolat Valrhona
In this fun and creative Tablettes workshop, children discover the secrets of chocolate by making their own personalized tablette. Accompanied step by step, they learn the basics of tempering chocolate, then molding their own bar.
Then it's time to get creative: everyone decorates their own bar with a selection of gourmet toppings such as pistachio slivers, dried fruit, diced orange and other sweets. It's a fun, accessible way to learn about the art of chocolate making, while enjoying yourself at the same time!
Each participant leaves with his or her own personalized bar, ready to be enjoyed… or given away!
