Designed as an intensive and exclusive advanced course, it offers complete immersion in the world of pastry-making.
You'll create an exceptional selection of desserts, including a raspberry tartelette, a Saint Honoré-style tart, an intense chocolate entremet, a pistachio-raspberry entremet and, last but not least, a red fruit and chocolate Caramélia entremet.
