Just a stone’s throw from the historic station of the unique Little Train of the Ardèche, immerse yourself in the fascinating world of artisanal chocolate and discover the secrets of its production during a fun and delicious workshop open to everyone.
Artisan chocolatier Yann Maritaud welcomes you with a cup of homemade hot chocolate and introduces you to the world of cacao. You’ll then explore every step of the bean-to-bar process in his Songe et Cacao workshop, culminating in the creation of your very own chocolate bar.
To round out the experience, enjoy a tasting of cacao from various origins to discover the richness of different terroirs and aromas.
