Canoë – Kayak de Châmes à St Martin d'Ardèche – 24 km / 1 jour avec Patou Bateau
This ‘Au coeur de la Réserve’ trail takes you through the Ardèche Gorges nature reserve. In the morning, a shuttle bus takes you to the start of the trail, and your vehicle will be waiting for you at the end, so you can leave straight away.
Departure: Meet at 8:00 am at our reception in Sauze. The shuttle leaves at 8:30 am.
Equipment return time: 4:30 pm / 5:00 pm

Immerse yourself in unique landscapes: rock formations sculpted by erosion promise spectacular, breathtaking views. An unforgettable day on the water, accessible to the whole family aged 7 and above.
You must be in good physical condition, know how to swim and be over 7 years old. You will be travelling independently without a guide.
Ideal clothing:
Shoes that stay on your feet (old trainers or water sandals, avoid laces)
Long shorts and T-shirt (sun protection recommended)
Cap and sunglasses, with a cord to keep them on
Out of season: woollen jumper, windbreaker and a change of clothes
Don’t forget:
Swimsuit and towel
At least 1.5 litres of water per person and a picnic (avoid heat-sensitive foods)
Change of clothes for when you arrive
Avoid wearing valuables: rings, chains, fragile accessories
