Canoe – Kayak from Vogüé to St Martin d'Ardèche – 55 km / 3 days with Rivière et Nature
An ideal way to discover everything: pass through the typical villages of southern Ardèche and admire emblematic natural sites such as the cirque de Gens, the Pont d'Arc and the Ardèche Gorges.
The descent is relatively physical and is aimed at those with some canoeing experience.
Nights camping or bivouacking are not included: contact us for the best options.
Schedule :
Single departure at 9:30 am (meet at our base at least 45 min before departure)
Return shuttles from Sauze beach between 4 and 5 pm.
Course of the activity :
Meet at our Rivière et Nature base in Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, at least 45 minutes before shuttle departure.
-Welcome and full briefing on the descent
-Equipment distribution and preparation
-Transport to boarding point
-Unaccompanied descent
-Return by minibus at the time specified in your registration.
Equipment required :
Sportswear: shorts, t-shirt, swimsuit, closed-toe shoes
-Sun protection: sun cream, cap/hat, sunglasses (with drawstring recommended)
-In case of inclement weather: windbreaker or K-Way, change of warm, dry clothes
As the descent is completely self-sufficient and without refreshments, please bring food and water for the duration of your stay in the Gorges.
Camping gear: tent, sleeping bag, ground sheet, lamp, rubbish bags, etc.
Equipment storage:
We provide a 55 L watertight container per person. Their watertightness depends on how they are closed: protect your water-sensitive items (plastic bags, waterproof bags, etc.).
