Canoeing from Châmes to St Martin d'Ardèche – 24 km / 1 day with Canoës Service

Departure at 9am – Return at 4.30pm/5pm.

Requirements:
Be in good physical condition,
Be able to swim,
Be over 7 years old.

Clothing:
Old trainers or water sandals (shoes that stay on your feet). For your safety, avoid laces.
Long shorts and T-shirt (be careful of sunburn).
Cap, sunglasses, and don’t forget a cord to tie them on.
Out of season: bring a wool jumper to wear next to your skin and a windbreaker + a change of clothes for when you arrive.
Neoprene wetsuits are available for hire.

In any case, don’t forget:
Swimsuit and towel.
Water (at least 1.5 litres per person) and your picnic (no food that can spoil in the heat).
A change of clothes for when you arrive.
Avoid bringing rings, chains or other fragile or valuable items.

From 28/03 to 08/11/2026 daily between 7.30 am and 9 pm.
