Canoeing from Ruoms to Châmes – 13 km with Canoës Service
The Adventurer : An easy-to-access and very fun course!
Starting off calm and without rapids, you will go through four slides before crossing small rapids and passing under the Pont d’Arc ! Thrills guaranteed.
Departure at 11am and 12pm (please arrive 30 minutes beforehand)
Requirements:
Be in good physical condition,
Be able to swim,
Be over 7 years old.
Clothing:
Old trainers or water sandals (shoes that stay on your feet). For your safety, avoid laces.
Long shorts and T-shirt (be careful of sunburn).
Cap, sunglasses, and don’t forget a cord to tie them on.
Out of season: bring a wool jumper to wear next to your skin and a windbreaker + a change of clothes for when you arrive.
Neoprene wetsuits are available for hire.
In any case, don’t forget:
Swimsuit and towel.
Water (at least 1.5 litres per person) and your picnic (no food that can spoil in the heat).
A change of clothes for when you arrive.
Avoid bringing rings, chains or other fragile or valuable items.
