Canyoning Aventure – Ceven'Aventure
Follow the course of the river by swimming, jumping, sliding, abseiling through a waterfall and above all while having fun, these are the fundamentals of canyoning. The Canyon Adventure formula is reserved for the most athletic among you!
This option is reserved for the most physically fit! Alternating between the jumps (up to 8m not compulsory), swimming, sliding down the natural water chutes, abseiling, and passages under the immense boulders which line the route as well as several more technical moments such as the renowned Rajole in the heart of one of the most beautiful canyons in the region, the upper Chassezac. It is an intense 5-hour descent with a pause pick-nick by the river on the warm granite slabs the chance to recharge the batteries while admiring the breathtaking scenery.
Places are limited to 8 per guide. Transport included!
Important information:
Minimum age 14 years – Be very fit (a must)
Be able to swim
20 min hike to departure point
1h00 difficult hike back to departure point
What to bring with you : Swim suit, sports shoes (not shoes for water), water at least 1 litre per person, a pick nick (nothing delicate; sandwiches, dried fruits, cereal bars, etc.), eyewear cord if necessary and personal medication if required (ventolin, etc.)
