Celestial strolls: storytelling astronomy evenings
Enter the legend of the constellations ! Guided night-time outing with a laser pointer for observing the starry sky with the naked eye and optical instruments, punctuated by tales of constellation legends. From 8 years old.
You will learn how to find your way around the sky using the stars and constellations, and enjoy a moment of contemplation and immersion in the night-time environment as you gaze up at the starry sky.
Stargazing requires a clear sky, so the evening will be confirmed on the day itself by sms and, in the event of overcast or cloudy skies, the evening will be postponed until the following day or another date.
Please bring warm clothing and closed-toe shoes. There is a 15-minute walk on a road or easy path. Participants may bring lightweight folding chairs and binoculars. Personal lighting with a red lamp is recommended but not mandatory. Blankets and throws are provided.
