Immerse yourself in the world of confectionery with the "Emotion – Bonbons et compagnie" workshop. This gourmet course invites you to discover the basic techniques used by chocolatiers to create refined, gourmet chocolate bonbons.
Guided step by step, participants learn to work with different textures – soft, crispy, melting, etc. On the program for this course, you'll make several emblematic creations: Guanaja chocolate marshmallow, Rocher Crunchy, Ganache cadrée "Comète" au praliné, Tablette Dulcey.
