Intermediate caving – Foussoubie upper vent – day trip – South face
A truly technical route, with pit descents of up to 50 m. This day, as varied as it was sumptuous, ended with the crossing of an underground lake… atmosphere!
Make your way through a limestone labyrinth and narrow passages which open onto an exceptional underground lake.
Splendid 7-hour excursion.
Please be aware that the temperature is 13°C (55.4°F).
Participants need wear a sweatshirt or a long-sleeved jumper, sports trousers or leggings (bring a spare set) and appropriate footwear.
Please bring a packed lunch, a bottle of drinking water per person and a snack such as a cereal bar.
This challenging day does not require previous experience in potholing yet all participants must be in good physical condition.
