7 km 3-hour descent in two-seater canoes over.
Aperitif laid on.
Participants must be able to swim.
Young children stay in the instructor’s canoe.
Suitable for children from the age of 5 upwards.
English spoken.
Please bring:
– Trunks or swimsuit.
– Appropriate sports footwear.
– A bottle of drinking water per person.
– A snack such as a cereal bar.
– Sun hat or cap.
– Sunscreen lotion.
– Sweatshirt or long-sleeved jumper.
Participants wearing glasses need bring a glass-cord.
Participants must be able to swim.
