Sport canyon – Ben Aven Tour
A day trip accessible from the age of 14. With family or friends come and explore the entirety Haut Chassezac canyon. Walking, swimming, jumping (up to 8m), natural slides, abseiling will make our sporting and friendly day in a breathtaking setting. (jump not compulsory).

Useful information:
– difficulty: athletic.
– approach / return walk: 25 mins / 1 hour
– to be provided: a bottle of water per person, picnic (sandwiches, cereal bars, etc.), swimsuit, sports shoes, cord for glasses
– equipment provided: shoes from size 35, neoprene wetsuit, neoprene sock, helmet, harness, descender, waterproof container, carrying bag
– transport by minibus possible.
Your Benito guide is also a support for other sports activities such as caving, the via corda de Casteljau and the via ferrata of Lac de Villefort, aquatic hiking, climbing and canoe!
