Visit the workshop and taste the Genêt d'Or Nougat
We'll give you a guided tour of our Nougaterie, showing you all the stages in the production process, including our 1956 papilloteuse. You will then have the opportunity to taste our different Nougats and the Ardèche honeys we use in our recipes.
As soon as you arrive at our Nougaterie, we suggest you watch a short film presenting our Nougaterie. Then you can enter the workshop and discover all the stages in the nougat-making process. Our nougat-makers will present their trade and our know-how to you, and you can ask any questions you may have. Then we'll let you taste our different nougats and the Ardèche honeys we use in our recipes.

From 01/01 to 31/12/2026 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm. Closed on Monday and Sunday.
