The miller will show you the extraction techniques used today and in the past, as well as the secrets behind the production of exceptional oils.
You can take a self-guided tour of the olive grove. The tour will show you how the tree of life managed to establish itself and survive as far north as the Ardèche. You'll be able to understand the main features of the landscape (geography and history).
