When Truffles Meet Wine from the Terra Noé Estate
Gérard Blaye, a truffle farmer in Saint-Sernin, and Domaine Terra Noé in Rochecolombe are teaming up for an evening event to offer you a unique experience as you explore their production.
Discover the world of truffles at Gérard Blaye’s (explanations, demonstrations, a truffle-hunting experience, sharing of anecdotes and recipes…) followed by a visit to Domaine Terra Noé to learn about the winemaker’s craft and his wines (explore the winemaking process, tour the cellar, and learn about the profession…).
Schedule:
– Introduction to truffle farming: 5:00 PM–7:00 PM
– Tour of Domaine Terra Noé and tasting of wines and truffle-based products: 7:00 PM–8:30 PM
