Bakehouses
Numerous bakehouses are spread over different locations such as Hellys, Gogne and Rimouren.
As the mills, they used to belong to the lords of Gras until the Revolution. They maintained them and the inhabitants of the village had to pay a tax called « banalité » for it. Each hamlet had its own. Until the war of 14-18, the inhabitants used to also make their « caillettes » (pork with herbs, etc.) in them.
