Eglise Saint Didier de Crussol

This rural parish edifice dates from the 12th century and was first attached to the abbey of St Chaffe du Monastier. It was rebuilt at the end of the 15th century and then joined to the Jesuit collegiate church of Le Puy en Velay. Today it is the symbol of the former territory of the Counts of Crussol.

A dynamic association works for the conservation and maintenance of the chapel, and for the regular animation (concerts, conferences, etc…); its total reconstruction in the 15th century is the work of enterprising and deeply believing parishioners.
