King's bridge

Boucieu le Roi's heyday was in the late 15th century when Pont du Roi bridge was built over the Doux (listed as a Monument Historique). The bridge was built upstream from another, so-called "Roman" bridge.

The bridge was built to provide a link with the northern Vivarais region. The bridge has three arches and two abutments.
