Moulin de Lens Lestang

A flour mill that was marked on the 18th century CASSINI map and first had electricity in 1920. There are 4 levels to visit: shop, machine room, separation and sifting. See the water wheel in action and hear an explication of the hydraulic principle used at the mill.

A journey from wheat to flour, guided by the owners. Visits by appointment all year round (open for Heritage Days and National Mills Day). Group visits by appointment.
