The Virgin's statue
On a hill overlooking the village, there is a statue of the Virgin, erected in 1946 in the presence of Bishop Couderc, Bishop of Viviers.
It follows a vow made in 1944 by parishioners of the village, in gratitude for the protection afforded to St Pierre de Colombier during the German debacle that then won the Ardèche countryside.
