A Lady’s Days: Androgynous Readings 2
For the festival, we’ll be getting together to read ‘writings about women’. Our regular readers will be there, but you’re also welcome to bring your own texts – either to read yourself or to have others read them.
ANDROGYNOUS READINGS 2 For the past year, Chirols Library has been organising ‘Literary Sundays’ – convivial, gourmet events where a reader presents a text for others to discover over a drink and a homemade pastry. For the festival, we’ll be trying our hand together at reading ‘writings about women’. Our regular readers will be there, but you’re also welcome to bring your own texts – to read yourself or to have others read them. So, readers, authors and listeners, sharpen your pens, your vocal cords and your ears, and do feel free to join us. Long live literature and conviviality!
