Concert musique gaélique "The curious Bards" – Festival Vochora
Since 2015, The curious Bards has brought together musicians who love traditional Gaelic, Celtic and Scandinavian-influenced music, with backgrounds in early music and conservatories in Lyon, Paris and Basel. Presale price available
Each has integrated this traditional music into his or her own practice and career. Their new program "Sublimation" plays a little-known repertoire from Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden…): 17th-century dances and songs from little-explored manuscripts, played on typical instruments such as the Swedish Nyckelharpa and the Norwegian Hardingfele.
