Creative Journeys – Art Therapy Workshop for Adults
CREATIVE JOURNEY – What Makes Us.
Traces, colors, fragments… and a whole world to tell.
An art therapy workshop for adults, in a group setting.
Booking required
What if we took the time to explore what makes us who we are, piece by piece?
Through colors, shapes, images, and materials, we will allow fragments, traces, and elements to emerge, which, assembled or transformed, will tell a story about our inner world.
No drawing skills are required, nor is there any need to strive for beauty. Here, the focus is primarily on experimentation, allowing ourselves to be surprised, and discovering what can take shape through the creative process.
A time for reflection and sharing will conclude the workshop for those who wish to put words to their experience.
A pause to create, explore, and discover what makes us who we are, in a new way.
Each Creative Journey is independent: participation in other workshops is not required.
