Exhibition: ‘Gueules d’Ardèche’ by Claude Fougeirol
Just 4 km from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and the source of the Loire, the former Bourlatier farm—a 17th-century building emblematic of the architecture of the Ardèche mountains—is hosting Claude Fougeirol’s exhibition ‘Gueules d’Ardèche’
For over 40 years, Claude Fougeirol has been travelling the length and breadth of the Ardèche to capture its essence: the faces of the people who make up the region, and the landscapes shaped by human labour. His photographs form a sensitive and authentic record, far removed from clichés, revealing an Ardèche that is lived in, worked on and inhabited.
