To mark the occasion, Néovinum invites you to a delightful and convivial workshop, where wines from the Ardéchois winemakers meet the creations of chocolatier Guillaume Cerdini.
Throughout the tasting, let yourself be surprised by pairings that are as indulgent as they are original: chocolate with Chatus, chestnut honey, hazelnut praline… all creations designed to highlight and complement the various wines on offer.
