From Farm to Farm – “Visit to GAEC Bogue & Châtaigne”
Small farm in the Monts d’Ardèche: come and discover chestnut growing and the other fruits produced on the farm. Learn about chestnut tree grafting at 10 a.m. on both days.
Grafting is the only way to faithfully reproduce a chestnut tree and preserve the qualities of its fruit. It is therefore the only method for propagating a specific chestnut variety. Discover all the steps involved in successful grafting.
