Driven by the charismatic voice of Nuné Jova and the compositions and arrangements of pianist Yuniel Camilo, the quintet also features Chilean bassist Pablo Contreras, and Frenchmen Romain Frechin (drums/timbals) and Théo Pagès (percussion).

With three nationalities represented within the group, El Proyecto offers a unique blend of Afro-Cuban rhythms and Latin jazz, supported by a palpable musical complicity and a strong artistic identity.
