Launch of Pink October – Tournon and Tain
Enjoy this first day of events scheduled throughout the week between Tournon-sur-Rhône and Tain l'Hermitage as part of Pink October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
At 10:00 a.m.: Place Rampon in Tournon-sur-Rhône
From 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Place Rampon in Tournon-sur-Rhône:
Cancer League booth: information, prevention, sale of merchandise, and musical entertainment From 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Place du Taurobole in Tain l’Hermitage:
Presentation of the design for the Toros statue’s dress
Cancer League booth: information, prevention, self-examination workshop, and sale of merchandise At 10:00 a.m.: Fitness Challenge
At 11:00 a.m.: Belly dancing, floor movement activities for children, pink powder toss, and music
At 6:30 p.m.: Place du Port in Tain l’Hermitage:
Release of pink lanterns (available for purchase at the Cancer League booth at the Saturday morning market). €5 per lantern.
