Mathias is a teacher who has finally secured a transfer to his daughter’s school. Yet no sooner has he arrived than he is told his German class is to be closed due to a lack of pupils. He therefore decides to organise a trip to Germany to encourage the teenagers to choose the language, and to fund it, he turns to Iris, the head of the local twinning committee. The catch is that Mathias is a Spanish teacher. Between Mathias, who doesn’t speak a word of German, the struggling teenagers and an irrational Iris, the school trip is set to descend into utter chaos. Yet nothing will stop him from becoming the father his daughter no longer expects… and to achieve his goal, he’ll have to become brilliant!
