The 11th International Watercolor Biennale of Rochemaure.
Exhibition of watercolors created by professional or amateur artists from various countries (South America, Haiti, Europe, etc.). This exhibition takes place in the beautiful setting of the outbuildings of the Château de Joviac in Rochemaure.
Watercolor is often an overlooked art form. This exhibition showcases how each artist uses water and pigments to create a unique work, suggest moods, play with light, and express emotions. Figurative, abstract, modern, and classical watercolors are on display. Every day, artists create a new watercolor, allowing visitors to discover the process of creating a work of art and to share in this intense moment of creativity and emotion. Guided tours of the exhibition are also offered every afternoon, and the artists present answer visitors' questions. By registering in advance, it is possible to attend workshops with the artists exhibiting at the Biennale.
