Training Hike & Trail Run
Training hike and trail run organized by the **APEL** and the **Nordic Walking & Gym Association of Gilhoc-sur-Ormèze**.
3 new routes:
10 km: 8 a.m.–11 a.m. / 318 m elevation gain
15 km: 8 a.m.–11 a.m. / 507 m elevation gain
21 km: 8 a.m.–10 a.m. / 598 m elevation gain
Training trail on all 3 routes, with no timing.
Refreshments available on all 3 routes, and a hearty platter for everyone at the finish.
Remember to bring your own cup.
