La Craquante spirulina is produced, harvested, dried and packaged at Ferme du Serre, located in the heart of the the Ardèche department Our spirulina — a food with remarkable nutritional qualities — comes in flake or powder form.
Our self-built facility is based on the use of available natural resources. The ponds (350 m²) are fed by spring water. The dryer, which runs entirely on solar energy, ensures the gentle processing of La Craquante spirulina and guarantees you a high-quality product.
Spirulina is a food with remarkable nutritional qualities that can be incorporated into your daily diet. It contains everything your body needs, except vitamin C. It is very rich in protein, phycocyanin and iron; it contains all the essential amino acids and is an important source of beta-carotene. For example, 10 g of spirulina covers 11% of your recommended daily requirements, 20% of your iron requirements and 60% of your copper requirements. Spirulina helps reduce deficiencies caused by our diet, prevents periods of fatigue and strengthens the immune system. Rich in antioxidants, it helps your body eliminate excesses. For athletes, it improves recovery, especially for endurance efforts.
