Hello,

After 30 years renting in Corsica, I’ve returned to my native Drôme.
I’ve converted a former studio into a spacious, discreet and private guest area.
The guest area comprises a private lounge with TV, a bedroom and a shower room with washbasin and private toilet.
The entrance is separate from my house and opens onto the garden, where you’ll also find a sitting area and the breakfast table under the lime tree.
The bedroom is for two people with a 140cm bed.
Car, motorcycle or bicycle parking available.
Breakfast, bed linen and towels included.

The room is :
– 5 min from the freeway,
– 5 min by bike from the viaRhona (10 min on foot),
– 25 min from the Palais idéal du Facteur Cheval d’Hauterives,
– 25 min from the Peaugres Safari,
– 30 min from Annonay with its hot-air balloon and Canson paper museum,
– 30 min from the Valrhona chocolate factory or the various vineyards of Tain-l’Hermitage,
– 12 min from the St Désirat winery.
