12th century Château de Mauras, built on site of old Roman villa, between Valence and Montélimar, 10 min from A7 motorway. The castle stands on a promontory overlooking the plains around Chomérac.
Two beautiful, spacious and wonderfully comfortable guest rooms (period furniture, marble bathroom with whirlpool bath). Large covered swimming pool in grounds of castle.
Breakfast served on terrace or in large reception room. Sitting room (TV, books) available.
Bedroom “Louis XIV”: 2 to 6 people / Bedroom Louis XV: 2 to 4 people.
The whole castle can accomodate up to 41 people (gîte de la tour du juge : 15 people + B&B/Maison d’hôtes : 8 people + gîte Pavillon : 18 people).

You can privatize the whole “amphitryon” area with kitchen, terrace with rooms. Up to 15 people.
1 200 € for 10 people and 75 € per extra person.
